Before generating legal documents, users have the option to either explain the type of document they would like to generate or upload an existing precedent. Appara AI will then use existing corporate data saved within a firms cloud-based records and generate the appropriate document. Essentially, Appara AI fills in the blanks.

Using the Appara AI Assistant chatbot, users can get a short or detailed summary of a document. They can also ask specific questions about the document or related entities, with the AI Assistant highlighting sources directly in the document or linking to external sources when needed.

Once a document is completed, users can send it for E-Signature to all designated signatories. Appara then tracks the status of each document, showing who has received and signed it. Users can also download completed documents, as well as add or upload additional documents to the signature tracker.
